Chaos is known as the being that never became a star. It is everywhere and yet nowhere at the same time. Neither good nor evil, the ultimate expression of nothingness. The antithesis to the cosmos, creation itself. Although Chaos claims to be the very state of existence from which the first entities appeared, it cannot form into the entity it wants most. So it has been cursed to stay in the form of a dark and shapeless void. Floating between existence and nonexistence. Longingly watching as stars are constantly born and lives are lived. The seeds of malice had been planted, flourished and transformed Chaos into the purest form of evil.

Welcome to Moonlight Densetsu! We are a non-canon Sailor Moon site with hopes of bringing a refreshing twist to the iconic magical girl series. It's going to take more than just the sailor senshi to save the galaxy this time. Your legend begins now.

Galleria

The Shiba-Koen Galleria is an enclosed, indoor, upscale mixed-use urban development centrally located a mile away from Tokyo Tower. The three floor development consists of a retail complex, as well as the Galleria Office Towers complex, two hotels, and a private health club. The office towers and hotels are separately owned and managed from the shopping center.

Tokyo Tower

A communications and observation tower. The second-tallest structure in Japan, The Tokyo Tower is an Eiffel Tower-inspired lattice tower that is painted white and international orange to comply with air safety regulations. The tower acts as a support structure for an antenna used for television broadcasting and radio. Alongside gawking at the tower's structure and looking down at Tokyo from the observation deck, tourists and natives travel to the site to visit FootTown. A four-story building located directly under the tower that houses museums, restaurants and shops. At night, the tower becomes one of the cities biggest eye catchers. The lights being seen from far and wide.

Shiba Park

A public park built around the temple of Zōjō-ji that shares the name of the district it resides in. The park is located between the Minato municipal offices and Tokyo Tower. Many of the footpaths in the park offer excellent views of Tokyo Tower and lead to the Galleria. There are several gardens scattered across the park, making the area ideal for picnics and a wonderful area for those who want to be outside and enjoy fresh air.

A community owned public location where members of the community tend to gather for group activities, social support, public information, and other purposes. There is a playground located directly behind the building which seems to be the highlight of the establishment for children. Beside the playground, there is a basketball court a luscious field of green grass that is mowed and kept tidy by the members of the community. Within the building, there is enough space to hold several school clubs and rooms for meetings that do not necessarily involve the government.
